One-Up Commercial Mortgage was incorporated in 1990. The owner Mike Lindberg has been
closing commercial loans since 1982. We broker loans from banks, corporate investment companies
and private parties. We concentrate our efforts in the South Sound area but have closed loans
through out the state.
